As promised yesterday,’s College Football America 2011 is up at It’s our first college football preview magazine, and it’s a free download in PDF format. We believe we’re the first to put together such a downloadable preview magazine, though we could be wrong. If we are, feel free to let me know.

We’ve been working feverishly the past two weeks to make this as up-to-date a publication as possible. We have summer coaching changes at Ohio State and North Carolina. We have the Miami mess. And we have updated starting lineups for all 120 FBS teams, updated as late as last night. This is a document you could print out, take to your game this week and be assured you’ll have accurate information. The summer publications can’t say that.

What else is in College Football America? Well ….

  • Schedules for every college football team in the United States and Canada, including:
  • Football Bowl Subdivision
  • Football Championship Subdivision
  • NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III
  • National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics
  • NJCAA and CCCAA junior college
  • Canada Interuniversity Sport
  • Previews of every FBS conference and team
  • Full predictions for the 2011 season
  • The All-American team and Top 120 rankings
  • Heisman hopefuls
  • Top Games of 2011
  • Road Trip Replays (’s exclusive look at its best road trips of 2010)

You may look at that and say, “Well, that’s not a whole lot.” Think again. Open the PDF and take a look. I believe you’ll be a little overwhelmed. But that’s just me. I’m the one that designed it.

On my way to Nacogdoches for SFA-McMurry. More on that tomorrow.

Until next time …
