June 5 marks 91 days to the start of the major college football season on Sept. 3, 2015. Every day leading up to kickoff to the 2015 season we’ll take you back to a photo from our travels last season, a photo that may or may not be in our upcoming publication, the College Football America 2015 Yearbook. The book will be available this summer through Amazon.com, iBooks (please download the iBooks app to purchase and view) and Lulu.com. When the book hits the streets we’ll let you know. It’s the most comprehensive guide to the college football season, with preview information on every conference and every team in every division of the game in a high-quality, all-color presentation. We hope you’ll check it out. Until then check out our 2014 edition at Amazon.com and iBooks.

West Georgia wide receiver Earvin Anumgba goes up to make a catch against Tuskegee in a Division II playoff game on Nov. 22, 2014. (RoadTripSports photo by Kendall Webb)
When the calendar gets to late November our schedule at College Football America gets a little flexible. By then we’re getting big games at the FBS and FCS level, of course, but we’re also getting playoff games at the lower levels. Once those playoffs begin we do all we can to get to a few. In this case Kendall Webb, our publisher, worked his way down to West Georgia, located in Carrollton, Ga. The Wolves were hosting Tuskegee in a Division II playoff game, which West Georgia won, 20-17. The Wolves had a huge season in 2014, reaching the Division II national semifinals before losing to eventual national champion CSU-Pueblo. Above you see that Wolves wide receiver Earvin Anumgba has quite the vertical leap and body control. Anumgba won’t be back in 2015, as he’s out of eligibility. But the Wolves have plenty of talent coming back to be competitive in the Gulf South Conference once again.
Check in with us tomorrow for our next photo in our College Football America Flashback.
