ATLANTA — Thanks to a steady diet of Patrick Skov, Qua Searcy and Justin Thomas, the 15th-ranked Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets scored nine touchdowns en route to a 65-10 win over the visiting Tulane Green Wave on Saturday. It was the first series meeting in Atlanta since 1980.
Through the air, Thomas completed 7-of-9 passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 71 yards and a score on the ground. Skov pounded through Tulane’s defense for 50 yards and a touchdown, while Searcy posted two touchdowns — one rushing and one receiving. Eight different Yellow Jackets scored a touchdown against the Green Wave.
