MEMPHIS, Tenn. – It rained throughout Friday night’s rivalry game between Missouri’s Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO) and Tennessee’s Christian Brothers (Memphis, TN), but in the end, it couldn’t put a damper on the visitors’ winning ways.

The Christian Brothers Cadets from Missouri are the state’s top-ranked team, and their 28-21 win over Tennessee’s Christian Brothers Purple Wave kept their unblemished record intact at 8-0. The Wave, meanwhile, drops to 5-2 on the season.
